Chief AI Officer · Revolution Prep
I'm going to skip the part where I tell you AI will transform your industry. You've heard that talk. You've given that talk. What you haven't done is sat next to someone who builds with AI every day and watched how they actually think. That's the whole product.
You're not behind because you're slow. You're behind because you're senior. Nobody around you will tell you what you don't know, because you sign their paychecks. Your team sends you AI summaries written to sound impressive, not to make you smarter. Vendors pitch you "agentic workflows" and you nod along while quietly trying to figure out if that's different from automation.
There's a gap between having poked around with ChatGPT and actually understanding what's possible, what's nonsense, and where it fits into your specific business. That gap is more expensive than most people realize. Not because you're making bad calls, but because you're not making the calls you could be.
What I built
I spent 17 years at Revolution Prep, a 320-person ed-tech company, building systems that help people learn. For the last three of those, I've been building with AI every single day. Not advising on it. Building: wiring up agent workflows, stress-testing tools as they ship, running AI systems that handle thousands of student interactions a month.
I studied physics at UC Berkeley. I bring that up because physics gave me something more useful than any equation: how to build a working model of something you don't fully understand yet, test it, and refine it until you do. That's what I do now, except the thing I'm modeling is how AI actually works inside a real business.
I built Agentic Mindset Coaching to fix this specific problem.
An agentic mindset means you understand AI well enough to see opportunities without needing someone to point them out. You look at due diligence, portfolio reporting, customer onboarding (whatever your world looks like) and spot where an AI agent could cut 40 hours of manual work. You sit through a vendor pitch and know whether they're describing something real or selling you a slide deck.
Once you have it, you can't unsee it. And it doesn't come from reading articles or sitting in lectures. It comes from getting your hands on the tools with someone who builds with them every day.
How it works
You get me. Personally. Not a team of junior coaches, not a pre-recorded course with 200 other people. About 6 hours of focused onboarding in your first few weeks, then 12 months of support as you put it to use.
I walk you through the AI tools as they actually exist right now. What they do, what they can't do, how they fit together. I strip the marketing language off and show you what's underneath.
We sit down with your workflows, your bottlenecks, your team. I show you what I'd build if I were sitting in your chair.
Hands on keyboard. Real workflows, specific to your business. By the end, you won't need me to tell you where AI fits. You'll see it yourself.
After we work together
"I've watched Ben build AI systems that actually work at scale. When people in my network ask me who can help them get real with AI, not just talk about it, Ben is the person I send them to."

Questions
Nope. Most people I work with come from finance, operations, or deal-making. If you can learn to read a balance sheet, you can learn to build an AI workflow. The physics degree is mine to worry about.
About 6 hours of onboarding spread across your first few weeks. After that, 12 months of support: bring questions, share vendor pitches, work through new problems as they come up. It fits around an executive calendar.
Someone who wants a certificate for LinkedIn. Someone looking for a passive experience. Someone who doesn't have real business problems they're trying to solve. If you're checking a box, this will feel like a waste of both our time. If you're trying to get good at something, we'll get along great.
Most companies have professional development budgets that cover exactly this. I can provide whatever documentation or invoicing your org needs.
30 minutes. I'll learn about your situation, you'll get a feel for how I think. If we're not right for each other, I'll tell you that directly.
